Im a total book nerd. I earned a PhD in American Lit from Purdue University, owned and managed a large independent bookstore, taught many years of lit and composition courses, and worked in academic and public libraries. Now I'm doing the last, and the best, bookie thing--I'm writing them. Like many book nerds, I love cats, yoga and food. I grew up in Buffalo, New York, and haven't left Indiana since I went off to college. Currently, l split time between my Indiana and Florida homes.
